Shipping & Returns
Orders are shipped within 3 business days via USPS Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
We accept returns within 14 days of the date the merchandise was delivered to you.
To begin your return, please email us at sales@cocoshopwi.com. Once your return is authorized, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email.
