    Shipping:

    Coco Shop offers complimentary shipping on all orders over $200 USD within the United States. Once you have placed your order, please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and ship your order. If you select rush shipping, your order will be pushed to the front of the line and processed as quickly as possible. Once dispatched, you will receive an automatic email with your tracking number. Coco Shop cannot guarantee transit times as unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery once your package has left our studio.

    United States:

    United States orders are shipped using UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Your package is expected to arrive within 2-5 business days of ordering (depending on location). Expedited shipping will be at the customer's expense. Please note: we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please notify us and the courier immediately if there is an issue with your order and we will do our best to assist you.

    International:

    For international orders, you may also be charged a duty fee by your country's customs department. If tracking shows your package is being held by your local dispatcher, please call them to pay this customs fee.

    Returns & Exchanges:

    We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we accept returns within 14 days of the date the merchandise was delivered to you. 

    To begin your return, please email sales@cocoshopwi.com for a prepaid shipping label. Coco Shop is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. International returns are responsible for their own shipping charges.

    Returns and exchanges must be in new, unworn condition with tags still attached. We reserve the right to deem the quality of a return or exchange unacceptable.

    Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction after they have received the information from us.

    We are unable to accommodate direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange, please return your order and place a new one.
