    Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days via USPS Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Coco Shop cannot guarantee transit time as unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery once your package has left our facility.

    We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we accept returns within 14 days of the date the merchandise was delivered to you. 

    To begin your return, please email us at sales@cocoshopwi.com. Once your return is authorized, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email. Coco Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.

    Returns must be received by Coco Shop in their original condition, not having been worn or altered, and with all original tags and packaging.

    Once we have received your package, we will send you an email notification that your return has been received. Your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account after they have received the information from us.

    We are unable to accommodate direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange, please return your order and place a new one.
