Shipping:

Coco Shop offers complimentary shipping on all orders over $200 USD within the United States. Once you have placed your order, please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and ship. If you select rush shipping, your order will be processed as quickly as possible. Once dispatched, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number. Coco Shop cannot guarantee transit times as unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery once your package has left our studio.

United States:

United States orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Your package is expected to arrive within 2-5 business days of ordering (depending on location). Expedited shipping will be at the customer's expense. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please notify us and the courier immediately if there is an issue with your order and we will do our best to assist you.

International:

For international orders, you may also be charged a duty fee by your country's customs department. If tracking shows your package is being held by your local dispatcher, please call them to pay this customs fee.
